I have included an excerpt from a documentary produced by Dermot Hussey and the folks at the JBC upon Peter’s murder in 1987.  This “minidoc” includes rare performances, and interviews with Edward Seaga, Marlene Brown, Dermot Hussey, Jimmy Cliff, and several others.  The included live performance shots are from the Greek Theatre, LA 1983 and Savanna La Mar, Westmoreland Parish, JA 1977.

Although the quality is far from great, this short documentary is notable as a crucial piece of the puzzle that is Peter Tosh’s musical and media archive.

I have posted an excerpt from this show, which originally aired on the JBC in September 1987, in order to avoid copyright issues.  The posting of this excerpt qualifies as fair use for the purpose of education, historical, and artist promotion purposes.
