The original Cash Box magazine was a weekly coin-machine and music-industry publication from July 1942 through its last issue dated November 16, 1996.

It has since been revived as an online-only weekly that occasionally publishes special issues.

The magazine featured Bob Marley on it’s August 9, 1975 issue.  The photo was taken by Kate Simon during Marley’s historic performance at the Lyceum Theatre in London the previous month.

This is one of the very first magazine covers for Marley.
